I worked with David Kamel 2019 – 2021 in my capacity as the retail selling agent for Builder/Developer Group David represented across their three developments in Penrith, being Wildwood, Lumina and The Henry. These projects were a combination of already being completed and selling off the plan.
I found David very proficient in handling all aspects of the construction process in helping me understand the product to reassure prospective buyers of the quality of the build and keeping to deadlines, so that buyers knew when their property would be completed and to the specifications I informed them about, so they could be reassured of moving in on-time (with David meeting deadlines for PC, OC, pre-settlement inspections and settlement), with finishes that exceeded
industry standards. This process made buyers turn into advocates for the Builder/Developer Group David represented, thanks to David’s experience in negotiating with suppliers, council, building commissioner and all stakeholders in the construction process.
I miss working with David and recommend his services to any builder/developer or supplier in the construction industry.
