I have collaborated with David for the past five years on a number of developments where I have been appointed as a certifier to assess and determine complying development certificate and strata certificate applications. David has provided client-side project management services for these developments.
The interaction with David has involved communication from the pre-construction phase, through construction, to the servicing and strata certification requirements.
I have found David to be responsive, to have a thorough understanding of the practical and legislative requirements of the certifiers role, and to be able to effectively prioritise and manage tasks that impact on the ability for the development to have a strata plan registered in a timely manner.
